ISO 9001 CERTIFICATE

On 31 January 2009, Centrala Techniczna Eltech Sp. z.o.o. in Swidnica passed the certification audit of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000. As a result of the audit the Company has been granted a certificate confirming the compliance of the implemented and functioning system with quality standards. The certificate was awarded by an independent DEKRA Certification Sp. z o.o., one of the world's leading institution in this field.

The certificate includes within its scope: the distribution, technical consultancy and implementation of new technologies in the field of professional tools, machines and equipment.

 

The certificate was issued on 3 February 2009 and is valid until 14 November 2010.

                           


AUDIT OF FIRST SURVEILLANCE


On 29 January 2010 DEKRA Certification Sp. z o.o. conducted in our company the first surveillance audit. On the basis of documents submitted Certification Advisory Board decided that the Quality Management System introduced and applied in our company meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We are pleased to announce that the certificate has been fixed for 2 February 2012, assuming a positive outcome of audit supervisors.

The certificate was issued on 3 February 2010.

                           


AUDIT OF SECOND SURVEILLANCE


On 4 February 2011 DEKRA Certification Sp. z o.o. conducted in our company the second surveillance audit. On the basis of documents submitted Certification Advisory Board decided that the Quality Management System introduced and applied in our company meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.


QUALITY POLICY


The Quality Policy of Centrala Techniczna Eltech Sp. z o.o. focuses on continuous improvement of management and organization of the company, meeting customers' growing requirements and increasing the profitability of the company.


The above objectives are achieved through:

   • improving the sales process

   • improvement of marketing activities

   • raising the qualifications of personnel in order to meet customers' growing requirements and evolving technologies

   • efficient flow of information to ensure appropriate communication

   • assessment requirements and analysis of customer satisfaction

   • service of eligible providers

   • development of sales network

   • adequate resources

   • reducing operating costs


Realization of these objectives is ensured by the personal contribution of each of the employees of Centrala Techniczna Eltech Sp. z.o.o. in the performance of their duties.


Implementation and sustainable development of applied Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001 is a guarantee of achieving our goals.


Quality Management System described in the Quality Manual was adopted by the Board and staff of Centrala Techniczna Eltech Sp. z.o.o. to the dissemination, implementation and continuous improvement in line with the requirements of ISO 9001.
